New partnership brings together totaljobs and the biggest recruitment platform on Facebook - BranchOut.

As part of our continued drive to take the luck out of recruiting and finding a new job, we want to enable jobseekers to harness the power of their social connections to help them stand out in a crowded market.
Our partnership with BranchOut, Facebook's biggest recruitment platform, will help jobseekers match themselves to you and your roles, meaning you get candidates who are engaged and ready to work for you.
How does it work?
The partnership allows jobseekers to see connections at a company before they apply. They review job details in the usual way on totaljobs.com but alongside the details (or underneath for premium postings) they'll be invited to see who they know at that company.
If they're logged in to BranchOut already, their network of connections will automatically be linked to the company they're viewing and any connections will be shown.
Jobseekers can then click on these connections to learn more about the company and potentially get a foot in the door in the form of a personal introduction.

All adverts placed on totaljobs will be placed on the jobs area of BranchOut - the largest recruitment platform on Facebook.
Jobseekers will be able to search for your jobs in the same way that they do on totaljobs.com, viewing job details within BranchOut and then linking through to your prefered "Apply" location when they click through.
When they search in this way their Facebook friends and friends-of-friends will be shown to them to help them leverage the power of their social network.
What does it mean for you?
As well as gaining a greater reach, BranchOut allows jobseekers to find out more about a company before they apply.
They can harness their Facebook connections to learn more about your organisation, culture and ethos to understand what working for you will really be like before they apply.
And because BranchOut draws on the incredible breadth of Facebook users and isn’t focused on just white collar executives, your advert can potentially reach 90% of the UK working population.
The partnership will work in a complimentary way to our website, which attracts over 5 million jobseekers per month, linking the network to the thousands of job ads we have online.
