Public Sector jobseeker research

Totaljobs.com has recently released its latest research into the public sector jobseeker. Conducted in February and March 2011, the research highlights the demographic of our public sector audience and illustrates the effects of recent sector budget cuts on the workforce.

The survey reveals:

  • Who they are – what sectors they work in and what experience they have
  • What attracts them to the sector
  • How they start their job hunt
  • How they feel the sector has changed in the last year
  • The  effect budget cuts have had on the sector
  • How they feel about strike action

We have released two different ways to view the findings of the survey – a summary pdf for download and an infographic highlighting some of the key findings.
